One of my new favourite wastes of time is strolling about the little town I’m saving up to buy in and pretending I already live there. This is Rothwell, a tiny town in Northamptonshire, and it’s so pretty. It’s also incredibly cheap to buy a house here so I’m on a money saving mission this summer.
I popped here on Sunday for a quick walk in the sunshine… on the way to the pub. I wore a little red dress I bought just after Christmas from Wowsville, a great little vintage shop in Milton Keynes. I love the colour, the white trim and the print. And my great little basket was a £3 bargain from a charity shop. They’re usually upwards of £20 so I was really happy with that. I just wish I’d brought better shoes for the weekend…
