Angel’s kiss cocktail

It’s so cold and snowy outside that I thought something creamy would be appropriate this Friday.

1/4 gill (a gill is about a quarter of a pint) of cream

1/4 gill of benedictine

Use a cocktail glass. Put the benedictine into the cocktail glass. Then put in the cream; do not stir. A very popular drink in the 1930s, according to my little book.
